Coach Registration for 2022-23 Season

Clearances Required by EPYSA
  1. PA State Police Criminal History (valid 5 years)
  2. PA Child Abuse History (valid 5 years)
  3. FBI affidavit or FBI fingerprints (valid 5 years)
  4. Concussion Training (annual)
  5. SafeSport Training (annual)
  6. Eastern Pennsylvania Risk Management (annual)
  7. Communicable Disease Agreement (annual)

Please follow the steps outlined below:

Step 1:  Club Registrar will load the Coach into GotSport
The UNP Club Registrar will add the Coach to GotSport and will send a notification by email.

Step 2:  When you receive the email from the UNP Registrar follow the instructions in the link below

Step 3:  Subscribe to the Coach Mailing List
