On September 28, 2016  United Parishes Soccer Club filed Articles of Organization as a Nonprofit with the Pennsylvania Department of State.

ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION  Notice is hereby given that Articles of Incorporation-Nonprofit were filed with the Department of State of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania at Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, on September 28, 2016 for the purpose of obtaining a Certificate of Incorporation for a proposed non-profit corporation to be organized under the Nonprofit Corporation Law of 1988 of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The name of the corporation is: United Parishes Soccer Club. The corporation is organized to promote and foster youth soccer for all children by providing them with the opportunity to learn and develop soccer skills; participate in a controlled competitive environment; and promote sportsmanship and physical, mental, and emotional growth through the sport of soccer. The initial registered office of the corporation is: 169 N Oxford ST East York, PA 17402.

York USA has scheduled two (2) Silent Weekends this season.

• No adults including coaches may talk to players while they are playing on the field
  
• parents may clap
• Coaches may talk to players when they are off the field and at half time
• Coaches are only allowed to talk to referees during pre-game and at half time

Offense:

• parents & coaches will receive only one caution
• second offense will result in removal of parents and coaches from the field

Parents:

• Please arrive 15 minutes before your team's scheduled time
  
• If you are running late, then please call your coach as soon as possible
• players shall arrive in their complete uniform (jersey, shorts, socks, shin guards, & cleats)
• all players are expected for the team photo (as a courtesy to their teammates)
