York USA Program
United Parishes Soccer Club is a member club of the York USA League and enters teams in age divisions ranging from U9 to U19. At this level of play teams are distinguished according to age, gender, and competitiveness. Travel divisions are offered.

Uniform
- Complete UNP uniform: Jersey tucked into shorts.
- Socks must completely cover shin guards. Shin guards are mandatory.
- Absolutely no jewelry (ears, necklaces, wrists,...)

Travel:

Offsides
Off-side rules apply.
There cannot be off-sides when a ball is played in your own half of the field, on a corner kick, goal kick, throw-in, or if there are 2 defenders between you and the goal line when the ball is played. If you are even with the 2nd defender you cannot be off-sides.

Misconduct
- Yellow cards are for caution on minor fouls or violations
- Red cards are ejections for serious fouls or violations.
- Receiving a red card, the player must leave the match and may not play the next game.
Concussion Initiative
Deliberate Heading Prohibited at U9 to U11:
Suspected Head Injury at any age:
- Deliberate heading of the ball is not allowed at U9-U11
- A player that deliberately heads the ball in the game, results in an indirect free kick awarded to the opposing team
Suspected Head Injury at any age:
- if a player is suspected to have a head injury the referee will stop play to allow treatment/evaluation
- player with suspected head injury shall not return to play until Health Care Professional or Certified Athletic Trainer has cleared player
Build Out Line (U9-U10)
- When the goalkeeper has the ball, during play or from goal kick, the opposing team must move behind the build out line until ball is put into play.
- the build out line is equidistant between the penalty box and half field line
- the goalkeeper is not allowed to punt the ball, instead must pass, throw, or roll the ball back into play. Once the goalkeeper releases the ball from their hands, then the opposing team is allowed to re-enter.
